CHAPTER 430 AN ACT TO BROADEN THE HOME RULE POWERS OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO FIX THE COMPENSATION OF CERTAIN OFFICIALS OF BURKE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
