CHAPTER 59 AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 105-292, RELATING TO THE APPOINTMENT OF ASSISTANT COUNTY TAX SUPERVISORS, SO AS TO MAKE THE SAME APPLICABLE TO HOKE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
G. S. 105-292, as the same appears in Replacement 1965 Volume 2D of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by striking out the word Hoke appearing in the third line of the last paragraph thereof.
