CHAPTER 66 AN ACT RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OF CABARRUS COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

The Board of County Commissioners of Cabarrus County is hereby authorized, in its discretion, to increase or decrease the fees and commissions, as now provided by law, which may be charged by the Register of Deeds of Cabarrus County, said increase or decrease not to exceed twenty per cent -20% in any one fiscal year of the County. Action to increase or decrease such fees and commissions shall be taken by resolution of the Board of County Commissioners.
