CHAPTER 7 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act ar repealed, except. that G. S. 163-103 as that Section read immediately prior to the ratification of this Act shall remain in force until November 7, 1966, for the sole purpose of governing the filling of any vacancy occurring in the term of office which ends in January 1967
