CHAPTER 93 AN ACT TO VALIDATE TAX LEVIES AND TAX SALES IN BERTIE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
All acts and things done by or under the direction of Elizabeth W. Cooper, Deputy Bertie County Tax Collector, during the illness and hospitalization of Lacy M. Early, late Bertie County Tax Collector, who died on October 25, 1966, and all acts and things done by or under the direction of Joe S. Warlick, Acting Bertie County Tax Collector, from the death of Lacy M. Early, late Bertie County Tax Collector, on October 25, 1966, until the newly appointed Bertie County Tax Collector entered upon the duties of that office on January 3, 1967, are hereby in all respects ratified and validated.
