CHAPTER 528, An act to establish graded schools in the city of High Point. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That all the territory embraced within the corporate limits of the city of High Point, Guilford county, shall be and is hereby constituted The High Point Graded School District for white and colored children.
