CHAPTER CXXXI. AN ACT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COUNTY COURT CLERK OF BEAUFORT COUNTY.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of North Carolina, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That the Clerk of the County Court of said county of Beaufort, for all transcripts of records made out by him transferring sits from said County Court to the Superior Court, under Act of Assembly. passed the 11th of September, 1861 entitled An Act to change the rules of pleading, &c., shall be allowed the same fees, for such transcripts, as are now allowed by law in ease of appeal from the County to the Superior Courts of the State.
