CHAPTER 1 AN ACT TO AMEND CONSOLIDATED STATUTES, SECTION 962, IN REFERENCE TO THE PAYMENT OF FUNDS BY THE CLERK FOR THE USE OF INDIGENT AND NEEDY CHILDREN. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That chapter fifteen, article five, section nine hundred and sixty-two, Consolidated Statutes of one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, be and the same is hereby amended by inserting in the second line of the said section after the word less and before the word are the words per child.
