Esi, SC slain . AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE COOPERS ASSOCIATION OF WIL-@ MINGTON. ee ee
That the corporate name of said Association | shall be the Coopers Association of Wilmington, by which name it shall be known, and sue and be sued, have perpetual succession and do all other things which such a corporation: may do by law.
