CHAPTER CLXXXIX. AN ACT TO CONSOLIDATE THE SCHOOL LAWS AND TO PROVIDE FOR A 8YSTEM OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION. -
The share of tlie public school fund arising trom the increase thereot by investment or otherwise to which each county may be entitled, shall be paid to the county treasurer, or his lawtul attorney, upon the order of the board of education and the warrant of the anditor, and in like manner shall all payments from the public school fund. be made.
