CHAPTER OCOXCITTI. AN ACT CONCERNING MARRIAGES, MARRIAGE SETTLEMENTS AND THE CONTRACTS OF MARRIED WOMEN.

Savings from separate estate of wife: The savings from the income of the separate estate of the wife, are her separate property. But no husband who during the coverture (the wife not being a freeholder under this act,) has received without objection from his wife, the income of her separate estate, shall be liable to account for such receipt, tor any greater time than the year next pre 22 ceeding the date ot a summons issued against him in am action for such income, or next preceeding her death. WHAT ESTATE THE HUSBAND, UPON THE DEATH OF THE WIFE,. SHALL HAVE IN HER REAL ESTATE,
