CHAPTER CXLI. AN ACT TO AMEND THE CHARTER OF ELIZABETH CITY, IN THE COUNTY OF PASQUOTANK.
Beit further enacted, &e. This act shall be in force from and after the seventh day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-five. Ratified the 22d day of March, A. D. 1875
