CHAPTER CCXCIII. A&N ACT SUPPLEMENTAL TO AN ACT PASSED AT THE PRESENT SESSION OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY, ENTITLED AN ACT TO DIVIDE THE STATE INTO NINE JUDICIAL DISTRICTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE ELECTION OF THREE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT, THREE JUDGES OF THE SUPERIOR COURTS, AND NINE SOLICITORS.
Zhe General Assembly of North Carolina do enact, That the county of Franklin, which, under the above entitled act constitutes a part of the second judicial district, be and the same is hereby transferred to the fifth judicial district.
