CHAPTER 49 AN ACT TO AMEND AN ACT ENTITLED AN ACT TO INCORPO- RATE THE GRANVILLE RAILROAD COMPANY, RATIFIED _THE THIRTEENTH DAY OF DECEMBER, ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY-NINE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That section three -3 be amended by inserting fifty thousand in place of one hundred thousand, and to authorize and empower the stockholders to elect five -5 directors with power and authority to elect one of their number president.
