CHAPTER 54 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF BAYBOROUGH, IN PAMLICO COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the corporate limits of said town shall be as follows: beginning at a stake on the north side of Bay river, three-fourths of a mile below the court-house, running thence north one hundred and ten polls to a ditch, on the line between J. B. Quicks and C. M. Babbitts; thence west three hundred and twenty poles to a pine, northwest of Milton church; thence south one hundred and ten poles to Bay river; thence down Bay river to J. H. Millers one hundred poles; thence north thirteen east sixty poles, to the old mill dam; thence east one hundred and sixty poles to the beginning.
