CHAPTER 206 AN ACT TO INCORPORATE THE EASTERN NORTH CAROLINA INSANE ASYLUM. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

This act shall be in force from its ratification. Ratified this the 5th day of March, A. D. 1881
