CHAPTER 207 AN ACT TO PREVENT FELLING TIMBER IN HUNTING CREEK IN DAVIE COUNTY. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That it shall be unlawful for any person to fell timber in Hunting creek in Davie county, or otherwise obstruct the free passage of water in said stream, except so far as it may be necessary for the construction and operation of mills and other machinery.
