CHAPTER 220 Aun act to establish graded schools at Edenton, Chowan county, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the treasurer of Chowan county, and his sureties on his official bond, shall be responsible for the proper disbursements of all moneys collected under this act.
