CHAPTER 222 An act to amend the charter of the Oxford and Henderson Railroad Company, ratified twenty-third of March, one thousand eight hun- dred and seventy-one. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the provisions of section seven -7 of this said act, shall extend to and include every incorporated town in the several counties through which the line of said road, as provided in section one of this act, shall pass.
