CHAPTER 299 An act to prevent live stock from running at large in Caswell county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
It shall be the duty of the justices of the peace in said county to register all descriptions of live stock taken up or impounded, and each justice shall keep such register open for inspection at all times, Sundays excepted.
