CHAPTER 408 An act to amend an act establishing a public road in Stokes county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the act entitled an act to establish a public road in Stokes county, ratified the thirteenth day of February, Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and seventy-nine, be hereby amended by providing that said road shall be declared to be a public road, and the same may be completed as is provided for by law for the establishing of other public roads in the county of Stokes. _
