CHAPTER 219 An act to amend the charter of the city of Greensboro. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: _
That all moneys arising from taxes, donations or other sources shall be paid to the treasurer, and no appropriation thereof shall be made but by a board constituted of a majority of all the aldermen.
