CHAPTER 241 An act to amend the charter of the town of Henderson, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That for the purpose of electing the said officers the commissioners shall, at least twenty days before the next election te be held after the first Monday in May, eighteen hundred and eightyeight, and at least twenty days before the succeeding annual elec- tion. appoint three inspectors, who shall be qualified electors, andthe inspectors shall give written notice thereof ten days before said election.
