CHAPTER 241 An act to amend the charter of the town of Henderson, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the inspectors appointed under section seven shall attend on the day of election at the time and place designated by them; shall be judges of the poll, supervise the vote, and conduct the election in like manner and during the same hours of the day as.elections for the members of the General Assembly.
