CHAPTER 361 An act to provide for an alternative method of constructing and keeping in repair the public roads of the State. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That the secretary of State is hereby required to furnish the board of commissioners of each county affected by the provisions of this act with fifty copies of this act.
