CHAPTER 363 An act providing an alternative method of constructing and keeping in repair the public roads of Raleigh township, Wake county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That the supervisor shall keep a regular account of the time necessarily employed by him and the expenses necessarily incurred, with the date of each item thereof, and render a sworn statement thereof to the board of county commissioners at such regular meetings as said county commissioners may require, and the said board of county commissioners shall audit the same and if found correct shall order the payment thereof or so much thereof as may be just and reasonable, and such amount shall be paid out of the township road fund.
