CHAPTER 363 An act providing an alternative method of constructing and keeping in repair the public roads of Raleigh township, Wake county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That it shall be the duty of the supervisor to keep in a book an account of all expenditures, as well as a list of all tools and other property in his possession, and to make to the county commissioners a full report of the amount and character of the work done, of the money expended, and of the tools and materials on hand, as often as the said county commissioners shall require.
