CHAPTER 307 An act to consolidate and revise the charter of the city of Winston. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That in case any person shall be removed to the hospital, or to the place directed by the mayor, the corporation may recover before the mayor or any justice of the peace, of such person, the expense of his removal, support, nursing and medical attendance, burial expenses also in case of death.
