CHAPTER 307 An act to consolidate and revise the charter of the city of Winston. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :

That if any person shall attempt by force or by threat of violence to prevent the removal to the hospital, or place selected by the mayor as aforesaid, of any person ordered to be conveyd thither, 1891.PrivaTECHAPTER 307 theperson so offending shall forfeit and pay to the city one hundred dollars, and moreover be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
