CHAPTER 327 An act to prohibit the sale of spirituous liquors within certain localities. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

It shall be unlawful to sell or dispose of any spirituous liquors with a view to remuneration within one and one-half miles of the following places : DavidsonHalloway Missionary Baptist church. Camden.Shiloh Missionary Baptist church. Granville.Adoniram Masonic Lodge. Hyde.Juniper Bay school-house. Yadkin.M. E. church in Jonesville.
