CHAPTER 327 An act to prohibit the sale of spirituous liquors within certain localities. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Chatham.It shall be unlawful to sell or dispose of any spirituous liquors with a view to remuneration within four miles of Wesley Chapel Methodist church in Chatham county. Craven.Within four miles of the town of Dover in Craven county.
