CHAPTER 281, An act supplemental to an act entitled an act to divide the crime of murder into two degrees and define the same. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That an act to divide the crime of murder into two degrees and define the same, passed by the general assembly of eighteen hundred and ninety-three, and ratified February eleventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-three, be amended by striking out the word *perpetuate in line oe of section one, and insert in lieu thereof the word perpetrate.
