CHAPTER 299 An act to amend the insurance law. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact : That the insurance law of this state be amended by adding thereto the following :
The secretary of state shall annually publish a report of his official acts as insurance commissioner, showing the condition of all insurance companies doing business in this state, with a condensed statement of their reports made to him.
