CHAPTER 56 An act to authorize the commissioners and justices of the peace of Jackson county to levy a special tax to meet general indebtedness. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. Ratified the 2d day of February, A. D. 1893
