CHAPTER 219 An act to aid the North Carolina Institution for the Deaf, Dumb and Blind, at Raleigh, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the sum of nine thousand dollars ($9,000) be, and the same is hereby, appropriated for the improvement, and additional buildings, at the North Carolina institution for the deaf, dumb and the blind, at Raleigh, North Carolina.
