CHAPTER 219 An act to aid the North Carolina Institution for the Deaf, Dumb and Blind, at Raleigh, North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That the state treasurer is hereby authorized and empowered to pay to the board of trustees of said institution, or the executive committee thereof, the sum mentioned in seetion one of this act, out of any funds not otherwise appropriated.
