CHAPTER 177 An act to create a public road in Caswell county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That if any person or persons shall fail or refuse to perform any duty enjoined on him or them by this act for the space of thirty days, he or they shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined at the discretion of the court.
