CHAPTER 177 An act to create a public road in Caswell county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That if upon the coming in of the report of the aforesaid jury and the confirmation of their report by the county commissioners any person dissatisfied may appeal to the court in term time and have the question of the adequacy of such damage passed on by a jury.
