CHAPTER 180 An act to establish a dispensary for Bladen county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
The board of county commissioners shall establish one or more dispensaries in said county, one in the town of Elizabethtown, which shall be the county dispensary, and such others outside of the town of Elizabethtown as they deem proper.
