CHAPTER 180 An act to establish a dispensary for Bladen county. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That it shall be unlawful for any person tosell or manufacture any spirituous or intoxicating liquors in Bladen county, except as is hereinafter provided, and any persons violating any of the provisions of this act shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and fined or imprisoned at the discretion of the court.
