CHAPTER 1 An act to repeal chapter three hundred and sixteen of the private laws of eighteen hundred and ninety-five. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That chapter three hundred and sixteen -316 of the private acts of the general assembly of North Carolina of the session of eighteen hundred and ninety-five, entitled An act to construct a turnpike from the Rutherford county line at Paris Gap to the Buncombe county line in Hickory Nut Gap, and all Jaws amendatory of said act be and the same are hereby repealed.
