CHAPTER 3 An act to amend the charter of Saint Marys School. Uhe General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That section five of said act be amended by striking out the word three at. the end of the seventh line of the section and inserting the word six in lieu thcreof; by striking out the word sixteen in the eleventh line of the said, section five and inserting the word thirty in lieu thereof; and by striking out the words State of North Carolina wherever they occur in said section five and inserting in lieu thereof the words States of Nortn Carolina and South Carolina.
