CHAPTER 1 An act to revise, consolidate and amend the insanity laws of this state. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: _
It shall be the duty of the justice, when he shall act, to report the proceedings in such cases to the clerk of the superior leourt of the county in which such insane person may reside or be domiciled. |
