CHAPTER 389 An act to amend chapier five hundred and forty-nine of the public laws of eighteen hundred and ninety-one. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact :
That this act shall be in force from and after its ratification. | Ratified the 4th day of March; A. D. 1899
