CHAPTER 333 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: CHAPTER I. Incorporations.

In addition to the above provisions, the Board of Aldermen may adopt ordinances imposing penalties on persons failing or refusing to make the improvements and repairs mentioned in the preceding paragraph, after being directed so to do by the Board of Aldermen. :
