CHAPTER 333 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: CHAPTER I. Incorporations.

The said commission shall keep its funds in the hands of the City Treasurer, but in an account separate from the other _ city funds; that the said fund shall be paid out only on the order of the said commission, and at the end of each quarter the said commission shall report to the Board of Aldermen its receipts and an itemized schedule of its disbursements and the net gain for the period, and shall recommend to the Board such an amount as may be safely turned over to the general fund of the city. After hearing said report and recommendation the Board of Aldermen shall decide what sum shall be turned over to the general fund.
