CHAPTER 333 AN ACT TO REVISE THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF GREENSBORO. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact: CHAPTER I. Incorporations.
That the said commission shall have entire supervision and control of the maintenance, improvement and management of the said systems, and shall fix such uniform rates for water and lights as they think best: Provided, that any person may appeal from its decision as to rates to the Board of Aldermen, and the decision of the Board shall be final. _
