CHAPTER 766 An act,to elect a Justice of the Peace for Horse Creek Township in the County of Ashe. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That Lewis Johnston be and he is hereby elected a Justice of the Peace for Horse Creek Township in the county of Ashe, for a term of two years from the ratification of this act.
