CHAPTER 769 An act to provide for the State Banking System of North Carolina. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
That such articles of association and the organization certificate so duly authenticated, shall be filed with the Treasurer of the State at Raleigh, who shali record and carefully preserve tke same in his office in a well bound book, kept for the purpose required by this act.
