CHAPTER 68 AN ACT TO ESTABLISH GRADED SCHOOLS IN THE VILLAGE AND TOWNSHIP OF SWAN QUARTER, NORTH CARO- LINA, IN THE COUNTY OF HYDE. The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

That the proceeds arising from the sale of said bonds, or such part thereof as may be necessary, shall be expended by said board of graded school trustees in providing, by purchase or otherwise, such graded school buildings as may be required, and in furnishing the same with school furniture and other necessary equipment. The said board of graded school trustees shall also purchase real estate sufficient to carry out the purposes of this act.
